Why Does President Bush Want to "Annoy" Polar Bears?

Oh no! The oil companies and George Bush want to "annoy" and "harass" polar
bears. From the AP:

Less than a month after declaring polar bears a threatened
species because of global warming, the Bush administration
is giving oil companies permission to annoy and potentially
harm them in the pursuit of oil and natural gas.

Let me decode the first sentence of the article for you. "Less than a month after
declaring polar bears a threatened species" is code for George W. Bush is a huge
hypocrite. The sentence continues, "the Bush administration is giving oil
companies permission," which means never forget that George Bush is a greedy
Texas oil man. The last portion of the sentence, "is giving oil companies permission
to annoy and potentially harm them in the pursuit of oil and natural gas," means
these oil hungry people want to hurt the polar bears. Basically their message is:
Why does George W. Bush and the oil companies hate the polar bears?

I have a question for the AP: Why do you want us to pay $4 a gallon for gasoline
and raise the price for food?
