Time Magazine: FOCA is "Mythical"

Hate to break it to you social cons but FOCA (Freedom of Choice Act) is just
a figment of your imagination, it's "mythical," according to Time. You are so
delusional social cons, er, even though President Obama has said he would sign
this mythical bill. From the article with the misleading headline:

In some respects, President Obama only has himself to blame for the
current controversy. As a presidential candidate, the then-Senator
himself pointed a spotlight on the legislation he co-sponsored when
he told the Planned Parenthood Action Fund in 2007 that "the first
thing I'd do as President is sign the Freedom of Choice Act. That's
the first thing I'd do."
