World Cop

I often hear the argument from doves (both in the right and left) that
the United States shouldn't be the world's cop. Ok, let us say America
stop being the world's cop, a power void will inevitably happen. So who
fills in the void? And if you say the "international community," you are
naive. The international community can't even agree on sanctions for
Iran.
