American girls' suicide rates jumps (AP)- "The suicide rate among preteen and
teenage girls rose to its highest level in a decade, and hanging surpassed
guns as the preferred method, federal health officials reported Thursday."
Grading last night's debate (Time)- McCain gets an 'A-'. Is McCain's campaign
back in full force?
The Trasparent Church(Reuters)?- It is good to see that churches are letting their
congregates know where the money is going. I would like to see a clear
definition of "megachurch." Apparently in this article it is says it is a Protestant
church with a weekly attendance of more than 2,000 people. Two thousand
people gathered to gather worshiping together doesn't sound so 'mega' to me.
I-Phone gets price cut (AP)- I still can't afford it.
