While You Were On Strike

Looks the overpaid late night comics will either be coming back next week
or the week following. Too bad they missed the opportunity to joke about
how ridiculous the '08 campaign has been the past few months. Here let me
remind Jay, Jon, Stephen, David, and Conan what they missed during the
writing strike. These are the type of things you guys missed:

• some awkward wording by the candidates,
  
• awesome celebrity endorsements,
• a foul mouth McCain supporter,
  
• and childish fighting.

Oh and for the the comics who particularly like to make fun of the Christian
politicians (mainly Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert) you missed the rise
of Mike Huckabee.

No worries, fellows, I'm sure it's going to get more ridiculous next year.
We'll have plenty of material in 2008. At least, I can I only hope.
