It is amazing how much technology is changing the way
news is covered. We all in some ways become
eyewitnesses to such tragics events such as the
Minneapolis' bridge collapsing. Two things I've noticed
is how much the cable news networks are using
video footage and pictures that were sent by viewers
through the internet. Another noteworthy occurrence
is local bloggers stepping up to the plate and giving a local
perspective to a national news story.
