Robertson endorses Giuliani
The founder of my Alma Mater, Regent University,
has just endorsed Rudy Giuliani's candidacy. This comes as
no surprise since Giuliani has visited Regent University before.
I'm glad some Christian conservatives can put away some of the
social issues to focus on the important task at hand, national security.
Look for people like Bill Moyers, Bill Maher, and Jon Stewart
to ridicule Giuliani and Robertson. Oh wait! Let's not include
Jon Stewart in that list this time since apparently he can't write
without a room full of writers.
Side note: This by no ways means I endorse Rudy. I haven't
made up my mind yet.

10-minute film
www.reelgood.tv
My grad school also had a film
school in it. This is one of my
favorite movies from my year's
there.

More Media Attention on Regent!
This week on his program Bill Moyers
spent 16 minutes talking about
Regent University, where I went
to graduate school. Click here to
watch the video. I am kind of confused
by all the media attention?

Bill Maher attacks my graduate school
Last night Bill Maher attacked the school where I did
my graduate studies, Regent University, on his show
Real Time. You can watch the video here or here. Warning
there is some profanity. Although I did not attend the law school,
I can attest to the fact that the students of Regent study
hard and read more than "just one book." Why he would attack
young people who are trying to get an education I have no idea.
If you do not agree with Pat Robertson (he is outspoken) that is
fine but don't demean college students that are sacrificing
so much.
Maher goes on television every week spewing hateful comments
about Christians. I submit to you he knows absolutely nothing
about the people he is after because if he did he probably would not
have such venomous words. Because I think I am a compassionate
and caring person who doesn't deserve a tongue lashing from someone
who isn't. By the way who gave him a Ph. D in deciding who's smart and
who's not?

Good Night Burbank
Check out the hilarious web show Good Night Burbank.
The female 'anchor' is suppose to be a graduate from Regent.
Regent graduates are now so funny they have based a character out of us.
I really don't understand why there aren't more Christian conservative comedians.
Really the material practically writes itself.

10 things you won't hear at Regent University
Here are 10 things I probably won't hear in my Christian conservative school:
1. I voted for John Kerry
2. This skirt isn't short enough.
3. Where can I score some pot?
4. I think we are just going to elope.
5. The Kanye West concert last night was fun!
Actually I did hear this from someone once... my bad.
6. I find all the emails from grapevine very useful....
especially the ones with pictures that take up 1 MB.
7. Cussing at someone is a good way to release pent up aggression.
8. Terry your really funny.
9. Please God don't bless this person.
10. The Bible has two testaments to it?
Which one is Jesus in ?
